Kia ora Charlese - I like the points you have made in response to the statement on Slide 4 - Shopping malls are unsafe places for kids under 16. If a young person is by themselves at a mall, they may be more get into some kind of trouble. However as you have noted, if a person under 16 they may be fine especially if they are with their friends. Would you let your child under 16 go to the mall by themselves?
