What Bedmas Is?

Bedmas is a type of maths that is used for college people. For an example if you have math problems then that means that you could use the operations. The operations are Brackets, Exponents, Division, Multiplication, Addition, Subtraction. Another example like 9 x 6 + 3 - 4=53 so first you will have to check if there are any brackets and if you see no brackets then you carry on to Exponents and if you see no Exponents then you go onto the Division if there is no division then you go onto multiplication and if you see any multiplication then you do 9 x 6 which equals 54 and then you do 54 -4 = 50 and then 50 + 3 = 53. So if you really like this bedmas you could try and work it out yourself and see if you enjoy it.

People Asking You Questions

Why People ask you awkward and annoying
questions.

Have you ever wondered why people ask you questions anyway? Well did you
know that people need to ask you questions so that they will understand what
they are writing about or reading about. Have you ever been annoyed of
people asking you questions? Well I have it’s just like my brothers when I get
back from school and I am so tired and my brothers ask me questions i'm
always like I don’t know. I only say ‘I don’t know’ because sometimes they
just keep asking me questions and it really bugs me and then I just get
annoyed or I am just really tired.

If you ever get annoyed of people asking you questions then maybe ask them
politely if he could stop asking you questions because it really annoys you.
Then maybe he will stop but if he doesn't stop asking you questions then you
should just think about it but don’t get angry at him if he is really bugging you
just walk away from him and maybe he will know why you walked away from
him. Then maybe he will walk up to during school or where ever use are and
maybe he will say sorry for asking you a lot of questions and he will stop.
Then after he says that to you then use could become friends again because
he has stopped being annoying to you.

If there is other people annoying you as well then you could just ask them to
stop and maybe they will and maybe they won’t if they don’t then think about
it again and then do what you did with your other friend and just walk away
but you don’t just walk away cause you want to you only walk away if the
other people are really bugging you then you walk away. Because if you just
walk away just for nothing then maybe they might think that you are angry or
you don’t wanna hangout with them anymore. So if you are really getting annoyed then maybe you could just ask the person that is annoying you to stop and then maybe they will.

Adrian Heke (Review)

This review is about a man named Adrian Heke. Adrian Heke is a photographer. Photographer means people who takes photos of other people or even other things. My opinion on this story is that you can always be what you want just like a photographer. I sort of enjoyed this text because it had interesting words and he can tell you how to take a proper photo or even take a photo of yourself. The one thing that I learned from this text was that you can become whatever you want and you can even become a photographer if you know how to take photos or even you could just ask for help if you don’t know how to take the photos.

Wired ( Review )

The title of this story is Wired and the author is by Lona McNaughton. The part of the story that was my favorite part was when he made birds out of bread it looked so cool and it looked interesting. I enjoyed the reading this book it was really interesting and sometimes all the other books that I have read was not that interesting as this one. One thing that I have learned from this text is that you can always be anything you want and even an artist. You can always be a great artist and create things with anything.

Description:This term our group which is the Jackson group has been reading a book called wired it is all about how a man named
Regan Gentry, who is an artist and that makes things out of wire and bread
and other things.

Film Review Template

The movie “This is me” was made by the block which is 3 classes room 21, 22, and 23. There movie was a comedy and was made at Pt England School on our school courts. The main character was Gabby she was so lucky to get the opportunity to be in the movie and even be the main character. Their movie ‘This Is Me’ is based on the movie ‘The Greatest Showman’ there movie was a good movie and it could remind everyone to be brave and not to be afraid of anything.What the best thing of there movie was that everyone was having fun and no one was upset or angry at each other they were just all having fun and smiling.The main character in the movie was gabby she was the one that was in every single part of the movie that they were making. Next the colours that they were using in the movie was just the normal colour and the black and white colour too. My opinion of the film was that they did a great job and that they looked like they were actually singing the song.

What Makes a good leader

Introduction:Have you ever wondered how leaders are good at everything, well not everything but leaders are good at somethings. A great leader is someone who is responsible for some things.

1st idea: A good leader is a leader that is a good person and think about other people and not themselves. If you ever become a leader then you should always know what to do, for example if you are a captain for a sport team then you could treat your team right like tell them what to do and tell them to do the right thing.

2nd idea:A leader with a great attitude means that this leader is a good leader to some people and not a bad one like some other leaders. Did you know that some people are really bad leaders and some leaders are good leaders. A good leader means that they have the courage to do anything and that they will know what to do and when to do it.

Conclusion:

So, When you want to say something to someone then you really need to think about what you say before you say it and once you have thought about what you say then you could say it to the person that you are talking too.

Move Ya Body (Animation)

This term our topic is Move Ya body. I have created a animation that is about how you could move your body.

Cross Country 2018

Every year term 3 our school has Cross Country. Last week Friday our school had to participate in a race. When it was the year 7 girls turn i was getting nervous because I was scared that I might fall when we all start running. Our Cross Country was set at our school on the 21st of September.

When it was my second round of running I got really tired but I still pushed myself so that I could become a good runner. When it was our 1st lap I was coming 4th but then I got really tired and started jogging. Then I started walking and when I got most of my breathe back I started running again. When I went through the gates there was a lot of mud and it smelt like poo.

It was pretty hard too run 2 laps around the Pt England field and our school field because running 2 laps around our school field and the Pt England reserve is really hard and it takes very long to run.

When I finished the race I could hear everyone cheering for me and I felt very proud of myself and the other girls and boys who ran. When I passed the finish line I felt very happy because I finished the race without getting upset or anything. I passed the finish line all I could hear was just everyone cheering for me. Cross Country wasn’t that hard to run I actually had fun running with my friends and even some year 6’s.

This story is about a boy on a bike his name is Mac, Mac is nine years old.
Mac rides with his dad up to 80 kilometers. Mac loves to ride with his dad and he likes
to ride his bike. In this story the main character is Mac, Mac rides together with his
dad everyday, both him and his dad ride in the sunny and they even ride in the cold
weather.

The story is about a boy with his dad riding long distances. I learned that Mac likes to
ride with his dad to places. If I could ride a long distance like Mac I would but I would
only do it if I had an adult with me.

Task Description: In this peace of writing our group had to do a create task about the story boy on a bike. Would you ever do what Mac and his dad have been doing.

Immersion Assembly

On the first day of term 3 we had a immersion assembly.

Normally we would have our assembly’s on a Friday but
because it is the start of the term we always have our
immersion assembly on a Monday. The first team that was up
was team one they didn’t perform anything but they just
showed everyone a video of what they are going to be doing
this term. Then next up was team 2 and they did the same
thing they showed a video but it wasn’t the same video as
team one team two is going to be learning how to keep healthy
and eat the right food. Then it was team three’s turn mostly all
the teams did a video but all the videos that they showed
everyone was not the same video. The next team was team
four. Team four will be learning about how to make things.
The team was team 5. The team five teachers didn’t show a
video to us they showed us what they were going to do. This
term team five will be learning how to try out other things.

Inquiry Post - EXPO

         EXPO

Team five decided to do an EXPO to show to Pt England School.
The reason why is because we needed to teach the younger
students about Force and Motion. Teaching makes you a better
learner.

Our group had more than two ideas, our first idea was to do a
catapult, another idea we had in mind was to do an egg in the water
experiment.

For our project we wanted to do the egg in the water experiment.
The reason why we wanted to do this experiment was because it
looked fun, and we wanted to test it out, and that it concludes
Force & Motion.

Our group failed because we didn’t have the equipment.
But we really wanted to do the EXPO with the other Yr 7 & 8 so
hopefully we can do it next time.

When we have another EXPO our group should have the right
equipment, and to be ready to present what we have learned to the
Pt England Students.

My name is Charlese I am a year 7 student at Pt England school. I am writing this letter to explain why plastic bags should be banned from every shopping center.

Plastic bags are killing our sea animals and making our world ugly and gross. Sometimes plastic bags could be good to use but you should be keeping the plastic bags or taking them back from where it came from and not throw the them away because it can kill a lot of our animals, like birds and a lot of other ones to.

I really think that we should have new plastic bags or just no plastic bags. I have seen a lot of plastic bags around my house because we have got a lot. But only sometimes we use the plastic bags, because most of the time we don’t even need to use them because we don’t have that much rubbish.

Description: In this piece of writing, this letter is to the manager of Pak'n Save to tell him/her to stop using single-use plastic bags because it is making our planet earth a rubbish planet. That is full of rubbish bags.

I love playing sports with my family and friends. I also love play Netball, Rippa Rugby, And Rugby.
